How Does the Your Jinsabox Subscription Work?

We pride ourselves on giving our customers a choice. Once you decide you want Your Jinsabox, you will need to decide if you want to “Subscribe” and have your box shipped monthly or shipped every 3 months. Once you make that decision, then you will need to take our Product “Survey” and select your product choices. Enter in your email and start the process! Depending on your choice of 1 month or every 3 months, you will get select a box full of goodies! That’s right you get to CHOOSE! Once you have selected your products, then you can “Choose a term”. You can choose to pay monthly or every 3 months OR choose to Prepay for 6 months or 12 months. And finally you will be taken to your Cart where you can check out and set up your account!


When Will I Get My First Box?

We decided that providing TWO receiving periods would prevent our subscribers from having to pay for something and wait 30 days to receive their products. So here is an example of the timeline. If you place an order sometime between November 13th and November 27th your box will be shipped out and received by or before December 8th. If you place your order sometime between November 28th and December 12th your box will be shipped out and received by or before December 22nd.


Where Is My Box?

Our boxes are shipped out based on the schedule mentioned above, however occasionally things can happen due to extreme weather, holidays or any unforeseen circumstances. If you are missing your box, give it an extra day or so and shoot us an email to support@yourjinsabox.com and we will track it down!


Billing

If you are signed up for a Month to Month Plan, you will be billed every month. If you choose to do the 3 Month pplan, then you will be billed every 3 Months. Any applicable Taxes will be added. Shipping Cost also apply if subscribing to one of our YourJinsaBox subscription plans and shipping within in the United States. If shipping internationally our flat rate shipping cost will be assigned for both subscription orders and individual product orders.


Do I Have to Order A Box Subscription?

No you don’t. Some people will want to order products individually. If that is the case, you can go to our “Shop” and select the individual products you want, and we will ship them to you! If you do order individually then there will be shipping a flat rate shipping cost involved for orders placed in the United States, as well as for those orders placed internationally.


What Is Your Return Policy?

All sales are final and nonrefundable. HOWEVER…we do understand that things can happen. If your box arrives damaged for some reason, if by some chance you selected one product, and we sent you a different product, we are more than happy to send you replacement product. You will need to send back the damaged or mistaken product. Feedback is very important to us…if there is some other issue you are having. Can I Cancel My Subscription?

We hope you will stay with us! However things happen. If you wish to cancel you must do so before the next cutoff period of the month. Otherwise you will be billed for the following month’s box. To unsubscribe from your subscription, please log into your account and click cancel. There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
